Privacy and your photo
[DRAFT: to be reviewed by a lawyer before launch.]
Your palm photo
We ask before we read it. Your browser shrinks the photo and removes its location data before sending it. Our server passes it once to an AI model that describes the lines of your palm, and then the photo is discarded. We never write it to a database or a file, and we never use it to identify you.
What we keep is the short description of your lines (for example, “heart line starts under the index finger”), so your later readings can refer to it.
Your birth date and email
We keep your birth date to compute your signs and your email to send your reading. We send one email a month with your reading for the new month, plus receipts if you buy something. Every email has a one-click way to stop.
Advertising
We use the Meta pixel and Meta's Conversions API to learn which ads bring people who sign up or buy. Your email is sent to Meta only as a one-way hash.
We count visits with Umami, which sets no cookies and does not identify you. It sees which pages are opened and which steps are completed, never your birth date, photo or email.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your card number.
Deleting your data
Write to [CONTACT EMAIL] and we will delete your reading and email.
